Catapult Health is expanding!  We are recruiting a National Vice President of Sales, Medicare Advantage. We are looking for a strategic and experienced individual contributor sales executive to help drive growth by closing key Medicare Advantage Health Plan accounts. In this role, you will help drive growth and shape the future of our Medicare Advantage solution that will have a significant impact on our business and the patients we serve. Our ideal candidate is a strong relationship builder, has a strong track record of Medicare Advantage sales success within health plans, has a deep understanding of the health plan/payer market, and has a strong professional network.


  • Develop a keen and detailed understanding of Catapult Health’s value proposition, services, and products
  • Prospect, educate, accelerate, and close complex deals with health plans
  • Create and articulate a compelling value proposition around our solution to target partners
  • Work with internal Catapult Health Teams to advance deals, create strategic collateral, and solve complex problems
  • Build and maintain relationships with key executives and industry influencers
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline including accurate Salesforce management and reporting
  • Work closely with the Client Success team to make certain there are smooth and efficient implementations of new clients and ongoing superior levels of service
  • Cultivate a healthy, diverse, and inclusive sales culture in support of Catapult Health’s core values, mission, and bold ambitions
  • Take initiative and bring forward recommendations for improvement

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 10+ years of Sales/Business Development experience with at least 5 years of Medicare Advantage Health Plan experience
  • Deep understanding of the payer market, including various lines of business
  • Proven track record or high achievement and exceeding quota
  • Comfortable working with the ambiguity of a fast-paced organization - ability to innovate, and solve problems creatively
  • Ability to work independently and lead executive meetings
  • Ability to launch and learn new markets
  • Ability to think creatively, be resourceful, and act as an agent of change
  • Self-driven, motivated, inspiring, and entrepreneurial
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Achievement and success-driven personality, motivated by performance rewards for exceeding annual sales goals through strategic sales leadership and strong cross-business collaboration.
